Have you ever come to work and wondered who chose the terrible playlist that is on repeat for 8 hours a day 5 days a week?

Reece staff have voiced dislike for the choice of songs that are played in the office and as a result of this music has been turned off on some levels, killing the vibe and affecting productivity and attendance.
To help address this the office experience team have asked staff to submit their top 3 songs they would like to here on the playlist. The only issue with this is the playlist now covers people across all levels and will play songs for staff that may or may not be in the building at the time that it is playing.
Design
The proposed solution is to create a dynamic playlist for each level of the building based on the top songs of staff that are working on that level. The playlist would be generated daily and would tap into the current desk booking software to know what staff are in on that day and add songs from their top songs list.
Reece uses the Envoy app to book desks for assigned office days. Project Jukebox was to be an add on to this, ensuring simplicity and increasing chances of employees using the function

As a result of Project Jukebox, staff members are rewarded for being in office by playing songs they choose and can be a great conversation starter by sharing your love of music with the colleagues around you.
